Project Management Office Analyst

The Project Management Office Analyst sets, maintains, and ensures sharing and application of standards for project management - including tasks, and delivery - are performed according to required client processes, schedules, formats, life cycle methodologies, and regulations. The PMO monitors and reports on the schedule, performance, quality, and related compliance for tasks and delivery across a variety of projects and programs within the designated client enterprise. The PM Analyst role also provides subject matter expertise on the aforementioned, as well as the customer’s program, systems, end-user organizations, and stakeholders. The PM Analyst will act as a liaison, and central conduit of process and status data; ensures the monitored and reported tasks align with program and client strategy; and coaches, mentors, and provides oversight for other project managers and staff.
 

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience, capability and measured success across the entire technology product lifecycle
  • Provides leadership and innovation with best practices, standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and vision
  • Demonstrated success as full P&L, customer advocate and operations leader that ensured project effectiveness with product quality, cost controls, and on time delivery
  • Incorporate best practices, continuous process improvements
  • Monitor existing projects to ensure timely execution & completion
  • Closely follow project development and track that each stage is completed appropriately and within time and budget.
  • Analyze data and project information to identify areas for improvement, and performance enhancement
  • Develop status reports to be delivered to the head of division and senior management
  • Identify and report on risks to project schedule, and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Must be able to work as a part of a team
  • US Citizenship is required along with an Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree along with 5+years of experience required
  • PMP and Security+CE required
