Cyber Threat Planner

SBD is seeking a Cyber Threat Planner to join us in support of our federal defense customer.  The Cyber Threat Planner will be a part of a team providing cybersecurity support in Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), isolated and Joint World-wide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) environments for our DoD customer. This includes cybersecurity services such as access control, A&A, audits, Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) tools, cybersecurity documentation, DISA Orders management, metrics, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) support, and training management.

This position can be located in any of the following locations: Ogden, UT; Montgomery, AL; Oklahoma City, OK; Mechanicsburg, PA; or Columbus, OH. 


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage all DISA supported audit activities, to include moderating meetings, requesting blackout dates, and facilitate all support requirements with audit stakeholders for approximately 150 audits annually.
  • Manage all RFI, audit interview participation, compelling evidence, and updates to and from audit stakeholders.
  • Submit Control Objectives (CO) and asset list (when available) to audit stakeholders for collaborative review and updates.
  • Provide onsite support for all DISA supported audits.
  • Identify and maintain audit scope and ensure the audit activities remain within scope.
  • Manage all follow up activities for post audit remediation and reporting.
  • Manage and maintain the audit lessons learned to include planning, scheduling, and delivering final product.
  • Use DISA approved tools to obtain, track, and validate asset vulnerability data.
  • Collect compelling evidence and finding remediation artifacts and store in DISA's designated collaboration tool.
  • Maintain, update, and version control the Meeting Request List (MRL) and Document Request List (DRL) form via DISA's designated collaboration tool. 

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Cyber Security / Audit Experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen with an Interim or Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Must have one of the following active certifications: CISA, CISM, or CISSP.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required.  6 years of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
