SBD is seeking an Administrative / Documentation Specialist to join our team in support of our federal customer in Lakewood, CO.  The overall goal of the Administrative / Documentation Specialist is to provide professional and timely support for our customer and its associated Change Advisory Boards (CAB).

Responsibilities:
  • Continual review, maintenance and daily focus on operational security risks and best practices.
  • Provide expert services maintaining the Administrative functions, to include scribing of minutes, preparation of agendas, creation and tracking of CAB requests (RFC), action item lists, and follow up on all included items.
  • Maintain Division level Contact Lists for employees, contractors, and CAB membership.
  • Scheduling of various Division and CAB meetings on a weekly basis.  
  • Scheduling and support of technical sub team meetings as may be required for each CAB.
  • Maintenance of CAB related documentation such as Functional Specification documents, etc.
  • Maintenance of Division and CAB related email distribution groups.


Position Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5-7 years of related experience
    • Work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis. 
    • Such experience must have provided the knowledge, skills, and analytical ability normally gained from attainment of a bachelor's degree
  • Previous Change Management experience
  • Detail-oriented with a background in working with multiple groups across IT
  • Ability to lead multi-group meetings
  • Effective note taking
  • Professional level use of the Microsoft Application Suite
  • Organized
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal History Check
  • Must be able to obtain a federal Public Trust clearance
